What is the returns and refund policy?

However, if within 28 days of purchase you change your mind, we will be happy to offer you a full refund credited to the card used in the original sales transaction. Please note that goods should be returned in perfect condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging along with your completed returns note.

How do I exchange an item?
You are able to exchange products online by returning them to the Customer Care team and completing your returns form
How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?
We offer the following delivery services:
• Europe Standard Delivery (Free) – orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days.
• Europe Express Delivery (€25) – orders will be delivered within 1-3 working days.
• United Arabs Emirates (€30) – orders will be delivered within 3-7 working days.
All orders are sent on a Delivery Duties Paid Service, so no additional customs or taxes will be charged on delivery.
It is possible to change or amend my order once it has been placed?
Generally, we process and prepare your order for despatch immediately, so you may not be able to make any amendments or cancel your order as it could have already been despatched. In this instance, you would have to return your order once you’ve received it, in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt.
How does the repair service work?
Many factors can influence the wear and tear of jewellery. Therefore, you should make sure that your jewellery is properly cleaned, repaired and stored.
Your Jeweler should always be protected from sharp blows, scratching, chemicals, sunlight and heat/cold to minimize these effects. It is very important to store your jewelry in a soft lined box or pouch and try to keep pieces always apart, so that they don’t rub together or tangle up. It is also recommended that you keep your pieces clean, you can either visit a jeweler once a year to have your jewelry cleaned professionally, which is always the best option, or you can also clean them at home
We guarantee the plating of all of our vermeil products to last for 1 year, so if your items need replating before this 1 year period, we will replate for free.
Each piece of DARUSSO jewelry is guaranteed for 12 months (under conditions of normal wear and tear).
If you need to repair any of our pieces out of the guarantee period please contact us through our email email@example.com, include a picture of the jewelry piece that you want to repair, we will get back to you with a solutions and a repair quotation.
How to clean my jewelry at home?
Pour two or three drops PH neutral soap into a glass containing a cup of warm water. Then place your ring or earrings and let it sit for about 10 minutes. If it has lot of dust, use a toddler tooth brush to help remove it, then remove your jewellery and rinse to reveal the old sparkle and shine.
