Reservations and exceptions

Terms of payment

In case you cancel the purchase you are responsible for the costs of and arrangements for the shipment of the products to be sent back to DARUSSOJEWELLERY.
You shall ship warranty claims with products in their original packaging and with clear return address details.
DARUSSOJEWELLERY is not liable for damage, loss or theft occurring during transport.
Please insure the article for shipping and in a way which can be traced and should be advised to insure the article accordingly.
By receipt of your cancellation, DARUSSOJEWELLERY will confirm the receipt, state of product, cancellation payment form and timing in writing.
Warranty and limitation of liability
DARUSSOJEWELLERY guarantees, for the entire range of products, a global and full warranty covering manufacturing and material defects under normal use for a period of one years, beginning with the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident or maltreatment.
All warranted defects will either be repaired pending feasibility and availability of replacement parts or replaced with either the same product or with a piece of equal value as determined by DARUSSOJEWELLERY.
The warranty applies to current articles as well as retired articles.
